Aiman Daka founded AISciLabs in 2023 to bridge two worlds that rarely meet: rigorous AI research and systems that actually ship. The firm was built on a simple conviction , that the most consequential work in AI happens where behavioral intelligence, agentic systems, and engineering discipline intersect.

Prior to AISciLabs, Aiman Daka spent years working across machine learning research and applied product engineering, developing a research practice centered on functional AI , systems designed to be reliable, interpretable, and genuinely useful rather than merely impressive.

Today, they lead AISciLabs’s research direction to move ideas from foundational research into deployed systems and platforms.
